4. Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, results, and implementation of any information provided.

You agree that your participation does not create any fiduciary, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and the Company.

5. Fees, Payments & Access

Some products and services offered by the Company are free, while others require payment.

  • No charges are taken for email opt-ins or free resources.

  • Paid products and services are subject to the pricing, payment terms, and conditions presented at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Access to content, platforms, or services may be granted, limited, suspended, or revoked in accordance with these Terms or any applicable agreement.

Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension or termination of access, without releasing you from any outstanding payment obligations where applicable.

6. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific product or service purchased.

  • Certain digital courses or lower-ticket educational products may include a time-limited refund period (for example, up to 30 days), where this is explicitly stated at the point of purchase.

  • Deposits, where applicable, are governed by the terms communicated at the time they are taken and do not in themselves constitute full enrollment or access unless expressly stated.

  • Unless otherwise specified in writing, all payments become non-refundable once the initial program payment has been successfully processed and enrollment has been confirmed.

  • No refunds will be provided for failure to participate, lack of results, scheduling conflicts, or change of circumstances.

Any exceptions or alternative arrangements must be confirmed in writing by the Company.

All intellectual property rights remain with the Company.

Violation of this section may result in termination of access and legal action.

9. Conduct & Termination

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to any product or service if, in our reasonable judgment, a participant:

  • Acts disruptively or abusively

  • Violates these Terms or any supplemental agreement

  • Engages in bad-faith conduct

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations.

10. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make false, misleading, or malicious statements about the Company, its representatives, programs, or participants.

This does not prevent honest opinions expressed privately or lawful reviews made in good faith.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation or use of our content, products, or services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the service, subject to any applicable refund policy.
